Corporate History of TAKEEI CORPORATION

1967

・ Founded in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa.

1977

・ Established as TAKEEI Construction Co., Ltd. in Yokohama City, Kanagawa.

1984

・ Acquired Sanbu Construction Co., Ltd., which constructed the Narita Final Landfill.

1987

・ Initiated the operation of the Okido Final Landfill in Chiba city, Chiba.

1988

・ Changed its company name to TAKEEI CORPORATION.

1991

・ Constructed the Kawasaki Intermediate Treatment Facility in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa. The facility was transformed into the Shiohama Transporting Station in 2008.

1992

・ Constructed the Yotsukaido Recycling Center.

2003

・ Gypro Co., Ltd., a subsidiary established in 2002 to promote recycling of waste gypsum board, constructed the Yashio Recycling Center, in Yashio city, Saitama.

2005

・ Constructed Tokyo Eco-Town Facility of Recycle Peer Corporation in Ota ward, Tokyo, subsidized by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. (Recycle Peer was established in 2003 and merged into TAKEEI Corporation in 2015.)

2006

・ Constructed the Kawasaki Recycling Center in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa.

・ Established Monzen Clean Park Co., Ltd. to prepare for the construction of control type landfill .

2007

・ Listed its shares on the Mothers Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on May 30, the date when Zero Emission of Waste is commemorated.

・ Invested in Green Arrows Holdings, Inc., which promotes the recycling of waste gypsum board.

2008

・ Acquired Ikeda Construction Materials Co., Ltd., processing concrete waste into renewed crushed rock and sand.

・ Acquired Environmental Conservation Co., Ltd. issuing certification for environmental impact analysis and measurement.

2009

・ Acquired Hokuriku Environmental Services Co., Ltd. operating a control type landfill and recycling plastic waste.

・ Commenced Takeei Eco Park Golf Okido, a reuse facility of the landfill.

2010

・ Agreed on business and capital alliance with Daiseki Eco. Solution Co., Litd.

・ Agreed on business alliance with JFE Engineering Corporation and JFE Kankyo Corporation.

2011

・ Acquired Shinshu Takeei Co., Ltd. , operating collection, transportation , intermediate treatment and recycling of industrial and general waste.

2012

・ Transferred to and listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

・ Agreed on business and capital alliance with Earth-Appraisal Co., Ltd. operating environmental consulting business.

2013

・ Acquired Takeei Metal Co., Ltd., recycling iron/steel and non-ferrous metal scrap.

・ Agreed on business alliance with Tsuneishi Kamtecs Corporation.

・ Acquired Tohoku Koueki Recycling Technology Co., Ltd., recycling cinders, sludge, dust,mining waste etc. into renewed crushed rock and sand.

2014

・ Constructed Oppama Recycling Center of Green Arrows Kantou Co., Ltd. for recycling waste gypsum board, in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa.

・ Constructed Takeei Solar Park Narita, a solar power generation facility, in Narita City, Chiba.

・ Acquired FUJI CAR MANUFACTURING Co., Ltd., developing, manufacturing and selling environmental plant and equipment.

・ Acquired Takeei Green Recycling Co., Ltd., operating recycling of unseasoned wood or turning the wood into fuel materials for renewable energy, mainly in Yamanashi.

・ Agreed on business and capital alliance with Veolia Water Japan K.K., a subsidiary of Veolia Environment S.A. of France, to establish T. V. Energy Holdings, Inc. engaged in investing and operating renewable energy business and V. T. Energy Management Co., Ltd. engaged in operation and maintenance of biomass power generation.

2015

・ Constructed Iwanuma Recycling Center operating the recycling of waste gypsum board through Green Arrows Tohoku Co., Ltd. established in 2014.

・ Acquired Equal Zero Inc. operating treatment of effluent and hazardous industrial waste.

・ Tsugaru Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. which was established in 2013 constructed Hirakawa Power Plant and initiated its operation in Hirakawa city, Aomori.

・ Tsugaru Apple Power Co., Ltd., a retail electricity supplier, initiated its operation, in Hirakawa city, Aomori.

2016

・ Hanamaki Ginga Power Co., Ltd., a retail electricity supplier, initiated its operation, in Hanamaki city, Iwate.

2017

・ Hanamaki Biomass Chip Co., Ltd., producing fuels for woody biomass power, constructed a head office and a plant, and initiated its operation in Hanamaki city, Iwate.

・ Hanamaki Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. which was established in 2014 constructed Hanamaki Power Plant and initiated its operation in Hanamaki city, Iwate.

・ Monzen Clean Park Co., Ltd. was issued the permit for construction of landfill from Ishikawa.

2019

・ Daisen Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. which was established in 2016 constructed Kyowa Power Plant and initiated its operation in Daisen city, Akita.

・ Daisen Komachi Power. Co., Ltd., a retail electricity supplier, initiated its operation, in Daisen city, Akita.

・ Yokosuka Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. which was established in 2016 constructed Yokosuka Biomass Power Plant and initiated its operation in Yokosuka city, Kanagawa.

・ Yokosuka Urban Wood Power Co., Ltd. a retail electricity supplier, initiated its operation in Yokosuka city, Kanagawa.

2020

・ Acquired Green Power Ichihara Co., Ltd. , operating woody biomass power generation.

・ Acquired partial Junkan-Shigen Co., Ltd. , supplying fuels for woody biomass power to Green Power Ichihara Co., Ltd.

・ Merged with Yokosuka Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. , a subsidiary of Takeei Green Recycling Co., Ltd.

・ Established the TAKEEI Foundation for SDGs Promotion with the aim of contributing to the achievement of SDGs as the entire group.

・ Established Fukushima Mirai Power Co., Ltd., to prepare for retail electricity.

2021

・ Tamura Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. started selling electricity.

・ TAKEEI CORPORATION and REVER HOLDINGS CORPORATION both delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange on September 29.

・ TAKEEI CORPORATION and REVER HOLDINGS CORPORATION established a joint holding company, TRE HOLDINGS CORPORATION, on October 1.

2022

・ TRE HOLDINGS CORPORATION moved to the Prime Market Segment, which was created in conjunction with a restructuring of the Tokyo Stock Exchanges market segments on April 4.

・ Acquired JW GLASS RECYCLE CO.LTD, operating treatment of waste glass and recycling to glass cullet.(TRE HOLDINGS CORPORATION acquired 100% share of JW GLASS RECYCLE CO.LTD in March 2023, and change of name to TRE GLASS CORPORATION.)

・ Integration of Five Retail Electricity Companies(Yokosuka Urban-Wood Power Co., Ltd., Tsugaru Apple Power Co., Ltd., Hanamaki Ginga Power Co., Ltd., Daisen Komachi Power Co., Ltd., and Fukushima Mirai Power Co., Ltd.) and Change of Name to Takeei Denki Co., Ltd.

2023

・ Acquired TAG Co., Ltd., operating treatment and recycling of waste plastics.

2024

・ Acquired Izumiyama Forestry Co., Ltd., logging service provider that supplying logs, sells lumber and chips.
