Corporate History of TAKEEI CORPORATION

1977

・ Founded Takeei Construction Co., Ltd. (TAKEEI CORPORATION) in Yokohama City, Kanagawa

1984

・ Constructed the Narita Final Inert Landfill Site by Sanbu Construction Co., Ltd., owned 51% by Takeei Construction. The site was closed in 1999.

1987

・ Started operation of the Okido Final Inert Landfill Site in Chiba city, Chiba.

1988

・ Changed name to TAKEEI CORPORATION.

1990

・ Acquired Yasutake Co., Ltd. as 51% owned subsidiary to enhance collection & transportation services.

1991

・ Constructed the Komaoka Intermediary Processing Facility in Yokohama city, Kanagawa. The facility was closed in 2006.

・ Constructed the Kawasaki Intermediary Processing Facility in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa. The facility was transformed as the Shiohama Transporting Station in 2008.

1992

・ Constructed the Yotsukaido Recycling Center.

・ Constructed a new head office in Edogawa ward, Tokyo.

1996

・ Acquired Sanbu Waste Industry Co., Ltd. and Yasutake Co., Ltd. as 100% owned subsidiaries. Sanbu was dissolved in 2006.

1998

・ Acquired the ISO9002 Certificate at the Kawasaki Intermediary Facility then approved the ISO9001 Certificate in 2003.

1999

・ Constructed the Shinonome Recycling Center in Koto ward, Tokyo. The center was closed in 2005.

2000

・ Constructed the Mizue Transportation Station in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa. The station was closed in 2006.

2001

・ Acquired the ISO14001 Certificate at the Okido Final Inert Landfill Site.

2002

・ Established Gypro Co., Ltd. to enhance waste gypsum board recycling business. Invested initially 51% of the equity and then increased to 55% in 2010.

2003

・ Established Recycle Peer Corporation as a "Super Eco-Town Project" of Metropolitan Tokyo. Invested initially 51% of the equity and acquired 100% in 2005.

・ Gypro Co., Ltd. constructed the Yashio Recycling Center, one of the biggest processing facility for waste gypsum boards in Yashio city, Saitama.

2005

・ Constructed Tokyo Eco-Town Facility of Recycle Peer Corporation in Ota ward, Tokyo as an national subsidized facility authorized by Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

2006

・ Constructed the Kawasaki Recycling Center in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa.

・ Established Monzen Clean Park Co., Ltd. and owned 55.6% equity and increased to 59.8% in 2009.

2007

・ Offered shares in public to the Mothers Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on May 30 on which commemorating the date of Zero Emission of Waste.

・ Invested 32.1% equity to Green Arrows Holdings, Inc., a parent company of waste gypsum board recycling business.

2008

・ Established Takeei Park Golf Management Co., Ltd., intending to reuse a final inert landfill site.

・ Acquired 100% equity of Ikeda Corporation Co., Ltd., processing waste concrete to recycle stones and sand.

・ Moved the head office to Minato ward, Tokyo.

・ Acquired 100% equity of Environmental Conservation Co., Ltd. issuing necessary certification for environmental impact analysis and measurement.

2009

・ Constructed the Narita Final Inert Landfill Site in Narita city, Chiba.

・ Acquired 100% equity of Hokuriku Environmental Services Co., Ltd. operating a controlled landfill site.

・ Commenced business of Takeei Eco Park Golf Okido, a reuse facility of final disposal site, operated by Takeei Eco Park Golf Management Co., Ltd.

2010

・ Agreed to business alliance with JFE Engineering Group.

2011

・ Acquired 100% equity of Suwa Environmental Services Co., Ltd., servicing collection & transportation of disposal, disposal & recycling of industrial & general waste and demolition of buildings.

・ Acquired 100% equity of Noguchi Demolition Services, Ltd. by Suwa. Suwa merged with Noguchi in 2012.

2012

・ Transferred and listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

・ Agreed to business and capital alliance with Earth-Appraisal Co., Ltd.

・ Agreed to business and capital alliance with Kumaken Kougyou Co., Ltd.

・ Acquired 100% equity of Hashimoto Construction, Ltd. by Suwa Environmental Services Co., Ltd.

2013

・ Acquired 100% equity of Kanayama Metals Co., Ltd., scrapping and recycling iron/steel and non-ferrous metals.

・ Increased stakes to Earth-Appraisal Co., Ltd. to 75.9%

・ Takeei Energy & Park Co., Ltd., intending to operate solar power generation by utilizing a final disposal site, merged with Takeei Park Golf Management Co., Ltd.

・ Established Tsugaru Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. preparing for woody biomass power generation business in Hirakawa city, Aomori.

・ Agreed to business alliance with Tsuneishi Camtechs Group.

・ Acquired 100% equity of Tohoku Koueki Recycling Technology Co., Ltd., processing cinders, sludge and mining waste to recycle stones and sand.

・ Agreed to business and capital alliance with Top Planning Japan Co., Ltd.

2014

・ Completed construction of Green Arrows Kantou Co., Ltd. "Oppama Recycling Center" for recycling waste gypsum board, in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

・ Completed Takeei Solar Park Narita, a solar power generation facility (run by Takeei Energy & Park Co., Ltd.), in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture. (Effectively utilizing a final waste disposal site)

・ FUJI CAR MANUFACTURING Co., Ltd., a company that develops, manufactures and sells environmental plant and equipment, became a wholly-owned subsidiary.

・ Established Green Arrows Tohoku Co., Ltd. (a preparatory company) to undertake recycling of waste plasterboard.

・ FUJI Reverse Co., Ltd., a company that turns recyclable materials such as unseasoned wood and other reusable resources into renewable energy and raw fuels, mainly in Yamanashi Prefecture, became a wholly owned subsidiary.

・ Established Hanamaki Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. (a preparatory company) in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, to undertake wood biomass power generation business.

・ Agreed to business and capital alliance with Veolia Water Japan K.K. Established T・V Energy Holdings, Inc. (owned 70% equity) and V・T Energy Management Co., Ltd. (owned 30% equity).
